William (Bill) Simmelink
CopperGate Communications
Bill Simmelink is President of North American Operations for CopperGate Communications where he is responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and support. Bill is an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in management, sales, marketing and business development in high-tech companies. He joined CopperGate from Texas Instruments where he was General Manager of the Packet Voice and Video Business Unit responsible for all aspects of the business.

Richard Nesin
HomePNA Alliance
Richard is the executive director and general manager of HomePNA where he also leads the marketing effort. He brings over 25 years of marketing experience in the communications semiconductor industry most recently as vice president of marketing at CopperGate Communications and president of HomePNA. Richard's previous experience includes early market and business development work for Agere Systems (Lucent Technologies) for their industry leading 802.11 Wireless LAN product line.

Michael Raftelis
AT&T Labs
Michael Raftelis is the Director of Consumer Product and Home Networking at AT&T Labs in Austin, Texas. Michael's group is responsible for the evaluation of hardware and software solutions that AT&T offers to its U-Verse and DSL customer base. The product mix includes residential gateways, home networking technologies and systems that integrate voice, video and Internet services within the customer's home.

Joseph Choghi

Joseph Choghi is the Director of Marketing at Kawasaki Microelectronics, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in Networking and Telecommunications. Joseph has held marketing and engineering positions with multiple Telecommunications firms. He has gained broad experience in creating worldwide technology development groups, working partnerships, leading interest groups and promoting industry standards. He is also a contributing member of ITU-T, DSL Forum, ATM Forum, ECSA T1 Committees and IEEE.

Motorola
Don Gardenhire serves as liaison between Motorola's major technology partners and internal product development teams for the Motorola "Home & Networks Mobility" division. He has successfully built and managed engineering and sales teams in both the semiconductor and systems domains. Don brings over 25 years experience as a solutions architect for telecommunications and computing industries and joined Motorola from Netopia where he acted as a technical consultant developing next-generation broadband gateway products.

Cisco
David Alsobrook is Director of Video Products for IP Subscriber Networks. He is responsible for Cisco's IP Video consumer premises equipment, including IP set-tops, multi-stream home gateways and home networking equipment. These products support personal video via DVR, networked DVR and whole-home networked products.

Robert Heintz is Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Sunrise Telecom. Robert is responsible for Sunrise Telecom's worldwide sales organization and corporate marketing. He has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and general management.

Currently working as a Principal Member of Technical Staff of AT&T Labs in Austin, TX, Vernon Reed is a Technical Lead for IPTV Service Delivery Technologies and Testing for AT&T's U-Verse™ program - a complete next-generation IP-based triple-play broadband service delivering standard and high-definition video, voice and high-speed data to the home using fiber, broadband copper technologies, and wireless solutions into 53 core cities across 22 states. He is a recognized master of end-to-end broadband system and computing technologies, core and home-network routing and switching processes, interfaces, protocols and applications.

Lior Broner
CopperGate Communications
Lior has over 17 years of experience in management and development of digital signal processing and data communications. He currently manages the Technical Application and Support group for CopperGate Communications in North America. Prior to joining CopperGate, Lior worked as a senior design and system engineering manager for automated video signal processing systems used for production monitoring and as a telecommunications design engineer.
