provider segments, HomePNA’s board members work collectively to enhance the
HomePNA technology and educate the industry on its benefits. Our officers work to expand
the Alliance and promote usage of the technology in emerging high-growth applications,

Richard Nesin
CopperGate Communications
Richard Nesin is Vice President of Marketing at CopperGate
Communications where his responsibilities include marketing CopperGate’s
HomePNA 3 compatible multimedia home networking chipset products. Richard brings over
22 years of marketing experience in the communications semiconductor industry. Prior to
joining CopperGate, he held various strategic marketing positions at Agere Systems and
Lucent Technologies. Richard is a recognized expert in the home networking market and
often speaks at various venture summits, forums, conferences, and trade shows, including
CES, Connections, Digital Hollywood, IP-Trends Summit, Digital Home Conference and the
Broadband World Forum.

David Rackley
AT&T Labs
David Rackley is Director of Consumer Product Analysis at AT&T
Labs in Austin, Texas. David’s group is responsible for the evaluation of hardware
and software solutions that AT&T offers to its U-Verse customers. The product mix
includes residential gateways, home networking and systems that integrate voice, video
and Internet services within the customer's home.

As 2Wire’s Director of Product Marketing, Jaime Fink is
responsible for broadband and home networking product requirements, silicon and gateway
technology strategy and industry standards efforts.

Clive Holborow

Motorola, Inc.
Clive Holborow is Systems Engineering Manager in the IP Video Solutions business of Motorola's Home and Networks Mobility division, which makes products for the cable, satellite, and telephone industries. Since joining General Instrument (the predecessor of Motorola HNM) in 1996, he has worked on digital video distribution equipment and IP data products. The former includes satellite uplink products, commercial satellite receivers, and IPTV set-tops, while the latter includes cable modems, home gateways, and VoIP terminal adapters. He participated in the writing of the DOCSIS 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0 and the PacketCable 1.0 specifications for the cable industry.
From 1984 to 1996 he was with AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he did systems engineering for AT&T's analog HFC transmission products, digital video products, and synchronous digital lightwave transmission systems. He participated in the development of the MPEG-2, SONET, and T1.101 Synchronization Interface standards. Earlier he was at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he worked on spread spectrum communication systems.
Holborow received the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and the Ph.D. degree from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of IEEE and SCTE. He has four issued patents.

David Alsobrook is Director of Video Products for IP Subscriber Networks. He is responsible for Scientific Atlanta’s IP Video consumer premises equipment, including IP set-tops, multistream home gateways and home networking equipment. These products support personal video via DVR, networked DVR and whole-home networked products.

Joseph Choghi is the Director of Marketing at Kawasaki Microelectronics, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in Networking and Telecommunications. Joseph has held marketing and engineering positions with multiple Telecommunications firms. He has gained broad experience in creating worldwide technology development groups, working partnerships, leading interest groups and promoting industry standards. He is also a contributing member of ITU-T, DSL Forum, ATM Forum, ECSA T1 Committees and IEEE.

Currently working as a Principal Member of Technical Staff of AT&T Labs in Austin, TX, Vernon Reed is a Technical Lead for IPTV Service Delivery Technologies and Testing for AT&T’s U-VerseÔ program – a complete next-generation IP-based triple-play broadband service delivering standard and high-definition video, voice and high-speed data to the home using fiber, broadband copper technologies, and wireless solutions into 53 core cities across 22 states. He is a recognized master of end-to-end broadband system and computing technologies, core and home network routing and switching processes, interfaces, protocols and applications.
