Applying for HomePNA membership is easy. Follow the steps below and reference the Membership Fees, Terms, and Forms table to determine your membership level requirements and to access forms.

To Join HomePNA

Read the HomePNA By-Laws.
Select your membership level: Participant or Adopter.
Complete in full the Agreement and Registration Form for your membership level.
Fax the completed forms to: HomePNA Member Services at

Upon receipt of your completed documents, a membership invoice will be sent to you within three business days. All membership applications are subject to HomePNA review and acceptance.
